Diverse body of work in fine art and photojournalism. Images are in international museums and private collections. Currently I have nine monograph books in print including Best Book of 2003, "Almost Perfect" and 2012 Eric Hoffer Award winning "Icons/Iconoclasts" which was edited for presentation to Princess Stephanie of Monaco. My images have been in magazines and newspapers including Harper's Bazaar, Le Devoir, American Photo, International Herald Tribune, Variety, The Reporter and People Magazine. I'm a licensed airline pilot, a licensed psychotherapist and a member of the Circumnavigators Club. For many years a member of the Photographic Arts Committee of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Santa Barbara County Museum of Art. My production company New Democracy Productions (www.newdemocracyproductions.com) which produced the Award Winning "The Memory Box" filmed in Ethiopia and "In the Shadow of Shangri-La" filmed in Nepal is now releasing its third film, "Mujeres" filmed in Guatemala.
