Hey dude,
saw your post on Ab workouts.
Probably the best 2 workouts that I have seen as as follows...
Elevated sit ups, so that your body is floating in mid air... works the inner core muscles that you need for posture as well as outer abs.
Secondly, try this press up variation... its amazing for abs:
Do this on an exercise ball if you can, if not do it on the floor normally.
Standard press up position, do a press up, then when you rise, raise your butt towards the ceiling, making an inverted v with your body. Return to standard press up position and go again. Try to do around 4 sets of 10-15 reps, and in a few weeks you will deffo see a difference.
This exercise will not only help abs, but also shoulders, triceps, lower back, chest and hamstrings :)
