As a model I have experience in Scotland and Thailand working for - Panasonic, Bestway, Maison Du Monde, Polaroid, SharkSkin, Alice Starmore, Virtual Yarns, Imaginarium Emporium and Crikey Aphrodite among others.

I have done many beauty shoots and avant guard work and several commercials and movies ranging from the movie - The Impossible (Starring Ewan McGreggor) , to travel commercials for Thomas Cook, Sunwing resorts, Littlewoods and more.

I am also available for event hire and for shoots as "Mermaid Melanie" - Melanie Mermaid was created when an environmental campaign was launched in Pattaya to promote a healthy image for sharks and to stop the shameful finning of them - Being a diver, I wanted to get involved so I did this by joining Mermaids in an underwater Mermaid swim in a shark tank, swimming with no mask in the aquarium in Pattaya with White Tip Reef Sharks, Guitar Sharks, and 5m Nurse Sharks!

I am available to shoot underwater for photoshoots and video shoots. I can hold my breath for over 3:30 minutes and can dive over 50ft deep on a single breath.

I am a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Freediving Instructor and can work for TV and Film as a safety diver with EFR and Care For Children certifications. If any Film/TV crews need EFR training I am also an Instructor in this field. Underwater photoshoots often need safety divers on hand to provide air and security for the model. I am available to do either role if required.
