My passion for hair styling and makeup brought me to Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. My very first job was working with models for MUA shoots for a modeling agency and I also modeled myself. I now have over 15 years of experience in this industry.

Though I am a perfectionist, I work very quickly. I never use stencils when doing makeup, everything is freehand. I have a license in cosmetology.

I moved to the Washington D.C./Baltimore area after Sarasota with my art and this is where I seriously became a MUA and Cosmetologist with hair and make up. My first job was with the Baltimore Theater Guild and I freelanced with local salons there. In 1990, I moved to Mobile, Alabama and started my own companies Lynne Cary & Company and Lynne Cary's Holistic Day Spa until 2005. Today, I own an Organic Salon and Day Spa called Hideaway in Fairhope, located in the secluded woods of Fairhope, Alabama, where I provide hair, makeup, and body services.
