Working out is a daily part of my life!  I have always been involved in athletics all of my life, and continue to take my fitness to a new level.  I have always believed in setting "Realistic" Goals, but always conntinue to challenge myself with each workout. 

I am a certified personal trainer and PE Professor.  I not only "Talk the Talk", but I also "Walk the Walk".  My goal in life is to become a Fitness Model.  I strongly believe in Hard Work and Dedication, and push myself to the highest limits with every workout! 

Whether I am working with my students or my clients, I strive to teach them how important it is to stay in shape and live a healthy life style.  Helping them to achieve their personal goals is a true desire of mine, and a great sense of satisifcation when they have went above and beyond their limitations. 

Along with becoming a Fitness Model, I hope to enter several Fitness Modeling Shows, and also become a spokesperson for women's fitness.  I was recently in the spring edition of Oxygen Magazine, and only hope to expand and explore my possibiities in the fitness industry.  The best way to contact me will be via email @ [email protected]
