My name is Bill and I've been a full time designer and part time photographer for over 20 years. I've been shooting stock and corporate stuff for a long time, and while I haven't ever really considered myself a 'people' photographer, I have sold a lot of model images over the years.
I've collaborated with models before on portfolios and it can be a fruitful exercise for both parties provided everyone knows what they want to achieve. I'm always interested in talking to models looking for tfp At the moment I'm trying to put together some stock images for everyday business and lifestyle situations and would be interested to hear from anyone relatively local who is interested in trading some time for portfolio images. You would get professional quality, retouched, ready-to-go images for your portfolio and (hopefully) I would get a few photos which might sell on royalty free microstock sites. The good news (for you) is that if the shots are good they can get considerable national and international exposure; the not-so-good news (for me) is that it's a gamble which doesn't always pay off. I plan to work throughout England then in Scotland & Wales too, also visiting Central Europe then will fly back to Australia latest in late September from Rome or London.
