Friends (39)About Me
I've always had a camera in my hands - ever since I was young with my Brownie camera! Eventually I started in with 35mm film and slides... and then digital came along. In some ways it's fantastic(!) - but in others, you can still be more creative and artistic with film, despite all of the Photoshop miracles one can perform. I love playing with my photos in Photoshop and have come up with some great effects - yet my best project so far is 35mm slide double-exposures of nudes and natural backgrounds titled: "Homme AuNatural". A few of them are displayed in my photos gallery.
I also have done a lot of headshots, modeling, fashion and erotica work the past few years, which lets me be creative: I'd like to get more into fashion and editorial work. Recently I got the chance to do some 'still photography' on 2 independent films "The Pink Conspiracy" and "BREAK" for Odyssey Films, which was fun! If you've got an idea ---- let's do it! I enjoy thinking 'outside the box' - pushing the envelope! I like to get creative.... Shooting: FASHION MODELING HEADSHOTS EROTICA SWIMSUIT / LINGERE Besides PHOTOGRAPHY during my many years in LA, I've worked in various aspects of the Entertainment Industry. When I first got to town I did cue cards on early TV variety shows, soaps & game shows in the 70's. I also did a lot of background / stand-in work in TV and film and joined SAG & AFTRA. I also worked a lot of commercials. In 1980 I started working for actor Dudley Moore as his Personal Assistant and that lasted 15 years, until he became ill and stopped working. From there I did a lot of temp assistant work at Disney and Warner Bros. studios, as well as work in various other departments. It was during those years that I also started getting more into my photography and art work - as well as some writing. With a writing partner we did a couple of screenplays and turned them into novels, which I designed the covers for - and published them online through barnesandnoble.com With the help of her mother, I wrote a celebrity biography on 50's actress Tuesday Weld titled: "If It's Tuesday....I Must Be DEAD!" and published it online through booksurge.com - also designing the cover myself. My career and work has been varied over the years --- yet PHOTOGRAPHY has always held a fascination for me and I continue to enjoy the magic! Verified Credits (0)Worked with SAMUEL VETA?
