My name is Yasmin Khudari, I'm an artist at Weta Digital in Miramar, Wellington. Weta Digital is the studio that brought to life the fantasy worlds of films such as Lord Of The Rings, King Kong, and currently James Cameron's Avatar. I myself have been in the visual effects industry since 2005, and a student of fine art and illustration the years before that.

I am the head of a Life Drawing group at the studio, in which we continue the classical tradition of drawing or painting from the reference of live models. The drawing sessions reinforce the skills neccessary for us to create our artworks for film.

I am interested in getting in touch with capable models that are suited for at least one of our drawing session types- We need models that are agile and creative to pose for inspiring gestures (yoga/dancers fit in well here), or are able to hold a seated or reclining pose for a length of time. We are looking for a mix of models, so nude or clothed is up to the comfort of the Model. Male and Female models welcome.
