My style is eclectic...beyonce's fierceness meets kate moss' effortless chic, with an occasional parisian, african, and japanese flair...I can give either when required, as well as everything in between...I am not afraid of being different- I will not hesitate to cut, dye, tear, rip, paint, alter anything about my look in the name of art and fashion...i'm currently attending my local community college for marketing, and planning on transferring to FIT for fashion marketing and accessory design in the next two years...I have been modeling since 2007 and since then have successfully gotten into the fields of makeup artistry and runway coaching...i have opened and closed the majority of the ten runway hair and fashion shows that i have modeled in, as well as doing makeup for all but two and teaching runway technique for seven of them. This is a serious venture for me..not just something that I'm passionate about. In 2008 I began doing printwork, appearing in two local magazines, with more to come. I see myself as the modern woman...i'm not bone thin...rather, healthy on the slim side...as an ethnically ambiguous woman I am what America looks like today...my features do not pigeonhole me...rather, they expand my range...I can give commercial all day, but my mind and tastes run more along the lines of editorial work...I would love to one day model Dior, Louis Vuitton, Thierry Mugler, Christian Lacroix, Gareth Pugh couture and Elie Saab and Marchesa gowns...my career goals include adding a more approachable sensibility to couture without detracting from its luxury by breaking barriers in this tight, straitlaced industry and becoming the first 5'4 couture runway model....its a high mountain to climb, but someone has to try...i can be contacted via email at [email protected] for work, ideas, anything of that nature...more to come
