Cesar Castaneda came to New York in 2008 to finish his studies in beauty,which he began in Peru.
After working in Peru for a well known agency company for almost 5 years , he decided to moved to New York and continue pursuing his artistic dream of becoming one of the premier make up artist in the world .
his gifts extend from delivering precise and flawless skin complexion to airbrushing,eyebrows design,eyelashes extensions,facials and body treatments.
within the beauty and fashion genre,Cesar continues to evolve in his field by being a student taking master classes to maintain his foothold on the forefront of the fashion and beauty industry.
I work full time on weekdays & I try to keep my weekends as open as possible for shoots. I like to book my months in advance so please give as much notice as possible.
