Over the course of 7 years I have worked in diverse careers in all aspects of health care including mental health, nutrition, and exercise medicine, I have established a proven track record to be a skilled professional, motivating leader, and an enthusiastic physical fitness expert. As a personal trainer, I provide physical education and counseling on a personal and professional level to clients and friends alike who regularly seek my advice to improve their fitness routine and quality of life.


My theory on physical fitness incorporates techniques from yoga, Thai Chi, and meditation in order to guide the mind, body, and spirit to work in harmony. Using this idea, I have developed successful personal training client lists in Florida, Arkansas, and Washington and have become known for developing an individual’s mental and physical health through exercise and healthy eating. By building a complete system, I have been able to create a lifestyle system for each client that utilizes proper training techniques and healthy eating habits. Ultimately, this enables my clients to continue their progress long after our final session.

I hold a bachelor's in Communication Arts, Telecommunications and Video Production, with a minor in International Relations from the University of West Florida. Before completing my undergraduate degree, I served and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps.

Those who know me would describe my personality as out-going, funny, professional, down to Earth, reflective, and laid back. I am the type of person who is usually found with a smile on my face and ready to take on a new challenge.
