About Me

My name is Jill, I am from Glasgow but have recently relocated to London.

I am a fashion designer and stylist. I love character based, fanciful, frivolous, concept driven fashion projects

I have a work history largely involving costume for film and television, with some window dressing experience thrown in too.

I have pattern cutting and alteration skills, make clothing and jewellery and have experience of fittings on a grand scale (cast fittings)

For each project I participate in, I utilise my designing and making skills to create, customise or alter pieces to give the shoot a unique bespoke feel. I like to think that this gives the process an extra dimension and usually results in some innovative outcomes.

I would love to work for/with any and all like minded people and would happily consider any project, however, sadly (as we all have to eat ) I am principally interested in PAID work.

I am starting a course at London College of Fashion at the end of the month (sept 2010) and would be interested hearing from any models or photographers interestedin shooting progressive avante garde work as i'd like to finish my degree with a really great portfolio

If you think that a collaberation would be a mutually benefitial experience then please don't hesitate to get in touch to use and abuse my skills as you see fit!
