About Me

I am a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and gym manager. I love the strength, and beauty a toned body conveys. I am in graduate school starting on a Ph. D in Public Health. My focus is behavior modification through physical activity. I want to let people know that exercise not only makes one look good, but feel amazing.


From this site I want ways to earn some money, being a full time student does not allow enough time to work as much as I need to, so I am constantly needing paid gigs. I am trying to save up for a Yoga 200 hour teacher training. My true aspiration is to be the next Richard Simmons (no laughing), therefore I need to start working on some publicity. I am hoping that this site will help me get my face out to the public.
