Learning on black & white film created solid foundation of knowledge and skill that I have built on for over 20 years. Moving into the digital age I furthered my photography education at the Art Institute of Colorado. For the last 10 years I have worked as a freelance photographer and digital artist. In 2010-2011 I was the staff photographer for the University of Nebraska Kearney Athletic Department.

Fine art photography of landscapes and nature has made up most of my personal work. My favorite activity is going on a family photo safari with my wife, son and yes, sometimes the family dog. Exploring new towns and territories, and turning down random dirt roads to see what we can find.
