From the day i can remember, i LOVED makeup.
My mother has pictures of me with her lipstick all over my face as a two year old.
I was teaching the other girls at school how to wear mascara by seven years old.
My step mother said I was growing up too fast because I was wearing makeup at a young age... but really.. I was dabbling in the beginning of my future.. my career.
After researching different courses and different schools, I came across Complections International Makeup School. It was perfect. How awesome to be taught by artists right out of the field! And how privileged anyone would be to receive such training.. So I signed up. Expensive course but SO worth it. It's been a few years since I graduated but I still miss it.. I jumped out of bed at 6am every day to travel for an hour by train, to take the subway and walk to my school because I couldn't wait to learn. I would go back again if I had the money!!!
Now I'm trying to focus on networking and building respect in the industry. I work out of a Salon called All Dolled Up, where I do makeup for weddings and fashion shows. I love doing creative pieces for fun, and am open to all and any ideas.
