I have recently changed careers from retail managent to personal training. After hiring a person trainer, and seeing how my life was transformed, I knew this was something I wanted to help other achieve as well.

I am now a personal trainer, helping changes lives on lunge at a time! I am also a fitness competitor. This fall I am taking my game to the next level, and hope to really get myself out there.

I would love to gain as much exposure and experience as possible.
