I have a 2 hour min. for any type of work unless otherwise negotiated. For all local area shoots, if I am required to travel more that 1hr to location, then my travel must be compensated for. Most of the time, it's just for the cost of gas, unless the driving time is excessive and this can be arranged and discussed at the time we finalize our plans. Also, If you have intentions of selling the images (in a calendar, book, etc.) I do have a reasonable fee to sign a model release form that states the images will not be used for anything other than self promotion.
