I'm from the Midwest i moved out here on a whim, I got into fitness by accident, I'm a chef also and specialize in healthy nutrition. Currently i filmed a pilot for the the fox network called Mission Nutrition, its healthy cooking that's quick and easy. My passions, in life, are food and fitness, i love changing peoples lifestyle and habits. I own a fitness consulting business, which is very successful as well as a supplement retail store called sdfitstop.com. As far as hobbies i love to cook, hike and i used to perform in singing and stage acting. I have competed in 3 bodybuilding shows in the last year, looking better each time i step on stage. One of my greatest passions is motivational speaking, i love the power of words that can change others mind to be in a state of success and happiness. My goal is to make a huge impact in fitness and nutrition and have my own show as well as being in muscle and fitness, mens health and GQ . Thank you for your time I appreciate the opportunity.
