Rene Colon invested in his first professional camera in 2006. He discovered his talent after creating beautiful images of friends and family. After providing his services at mixed martial arts tournaments in San Francisco and weddings in San Diego, he became known throughout California as a new and innovative photographer. It wasn’t long until he found his passion, capturing the beauty in people from across the world.

Rene Colon started his independent photography business in 2007 and primarily services clients in modeling, entertainment, and sports. His creative eye and ambition led to his work being published on several websites and in magazines such as Essence magazine as well as working with celebrities such as Romeo Miller, Hill Harper, and Nate Parker.

Photographer, editor, and entrepreneur are just a few words to describe this young innovative talent. His next endeavor is to add the roles of business management and cinematography to his list of industry related ventures. Seeking to merge his skills in creativity, organization, coordination, and event planning – a step into business management and cinematography are a natural progression for Rene Colon.
