About Me

I've been MIA from the modeling world for quite some time, but as I move forward in my life, I have been finding that expression through the body is as meaningful as ever.

My background is in a variety of forms of visual artistry. I began taking courses in stage acting around age 12 and also evinced an interest in photography around this time or a little earlier. Since few of my friends wanted to have their picture taken, I embarked on a lifelong journey of self portraiture. In my early to mid twenties, I walked in runways/fashion shows, have worked with a wide array of photographers, and have actively engaged in fire performance/fire dancing. I am also a visual artist, working with pen and ink to create a vivid palette of hues and shapes.

I have what seem to be the trappings of a mild connective tissue disorder, which has unfortunately contributed to my chronic pain but has also fed an ability to be very fluid in my poses, many of which evoke disjointedness and disarray.

I am fluid in my self-expression. I can't conform to a single style or method. I am not a stickler for pinup, or mod, or anything else really. When it comes to photoshoots, I am not particularly interested in getting my photo taken so that I look "pretty." I want to create a narrative -- an undercurrent of something of greater significance than merely the photographic image itself. In other words, I am not into modeling for self-flattery or to prop up a bruised ego. The body is a reflection of the soul. Let's take it on an adventure into growth, transformation, and discovery. Let's set the stage for an experience.

I am mostly seeking to work with female photographers (and am quite happy to opine my reasons for this), but if you are male and we share a similar aesthetic intention, you may be in luck.
