Amber Rose, the owner of Sp3ctrum Makeup And Brow Bar & Sp3ctrum Cosmetics, is a dedicated Makeup Artist and State Board Licensed Esthetician with a passion for creating a unique and customized pampered experience for her clients. She has over 15 years of professional training working and experience with industry leading cosmetic and skin care brands including Dermalogica, MAC Cosmetics, Smashbox, Stila, and Sephora and has since created a name for herself in both Fashion, Glamour and Bridal makeup.

Her experience ranges from working behind the scenes of international runways, film productions, and photo shoots to on location servicing her clients of all ages. Her work has been featured in magazines both locally, nationally and internationally. She has a true dedication to not just changing the way a person appears, but truly changing the way they see and feel about themselves.

Amber Rose started out at the makeup counters of MAC Cosmetics but her dream was to create a luxury location that provided makeup and beauty specialities, waxing, facials and brow services in an exclusive, beautiful and comfortable environment. A location that clients could come in and be pampered without the hustle and crowds of the local mall atmosphere. Sp3ctrum Makeup & Beauty Bar is an exclusive and private location where clients can come to experience one on one attention and services in a quiet pampering environment.

I love to produce unique and glamorous looks with photographers, stylist & models. Please contact for rates :) I work in the Sacramento area but I will travel with traveling fees included.
