Lastwear was founded in 2007. Based in Seattle WA, we are, to the best of our knowledge, the first clothing company to release our patterns and creative material for free, under a Creative Commons license. Our clothes and our name reflect our belief that it's better to buy quality once than throw it away a hundred times. All of our products are built to last, we guarantee it.

Lastwear is the original open source clothing company. We believe that sharing of tools, information and technology helps build vibrant local economies, strengthens community and creates a more imaginative, exciting world.
