Welcome and Hello to every talented artist stopping by to view my profile, I hope my page greets you in the most delightful way possible, but only after getting to know a little bit about me and viewing my portfolio of course. My name is Renea Austin and I love everything about modeling and photography. I am precise, efficient yet very dreamy, Friendly but can be very guarded & suspicious of others(POSERS). I don't mind working within a group but, I can honestly say I create my best work when I work alone. That way it's just fewer distractions, open communication, and honest feedback between just the photographer and I want nothing but positive vibes and encouragement in my workspace at all times. I'm outspoken as they come, will never be afraid to communicate when I'm out of my comfort zone so please be kind, have patience, & be able to compromise (No Pressure! No Judgements!). I'm very passionate, understanding and sincere when it comes to the feelings and well being of others so I expect the same. While in work mode I'm very structured and precise especially when it comes to business aspects of my work and getting the job done in a timely fashion in the exact way the photographer planned it to be. On a job I despise a slacker, I'm easily annoyed by the unprofessionalism of others when certain needs are not being met. I tend to express this in such strong detail because I've dealt with a lot of unprofessional photographers with no passion for the work they do, taking on this profession for all the wrong reasons along with the tags along they bring on a job for "assistance" causing A business relation to be considered a waste of time, money, most importantly energy, I understand I can't control the wrongdoings of other and with that being said I can accept that things maybe not always go the way that I planned, However, I find ways to still make my peace with life if only we can come to the same agreement.
