5Vibes Open Mic Sanctuary will benefit the homeless teens of www.standupforkids.org.
We are seeking male and female volunteers who can dress in homemade or store bought tribal attire.
Characters should include but not be limited to:
Priest, voodoo doctor, tribal girls untouched by man, wise elderly, sorceresses, mellow chime makers and candle lighters, gate keepers, tribal chefs, and tribal warriors.
TRIBAL MEMBERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THE EVENT ATTENDEES FOLLOW THESE RULES.
1. NO TALKING DURING ARTISTS PERFORMANCE
2. TURN CELL PHONES ON VIBRATE
3. OPEN MIC MAX TIME FOR ARTIST 5MIN
4. NO SMOKING INDOORS...THIS EVENT IS 420 FRIENDLY...but still...ALL TOKES MUST BE TAKEN OUTDOORS, AND WE ASK THAT SMOKERS BE SEATED WHILE SMOKING.
5. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF.

Door Person
Raffle Thrower
Security
Bartender
Set up Crew
Clean up crew
Candle Wick lighter
Chime Ringer.
Dress to impress. this is your tribe... this is your event.
Bring what ever props you like.
Shells, feathers, furs leather straps...are greatly encouraged. Steam punk is also welcome. Semi uniformed tribes with three or more make for great fun. But come as a rep for your own tribe if you like.
oh and have a tribal name ready. i.e. "Eemeenee" that's me!
The 5Vibes Vibe???
The Vibe (ambiance) is dark with lit candles and incense, rocks and dried tree branches, center around a dim lit stage while other gathers converge to the outside fireplace. Art displays, massage therapist, tribal jewelry merchants will also help ease the crowd.

Show starts at 8pm
Complimentary Wine before 9pm
Please invite your friends. There will be a photographer and you will get pictures.
Volunteers are expected to show up between 6 - 7pm
