About Me

I am Kinsey London. My first love is art.
Art in all forms.. paintings, sculptures, music. Most importantly, I LIVE FOR ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE FASHION.

I received formal training as a fashion merchandising minor at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to my education, I had been making clothes, mainly pieces for myself and friends.

I am now taking my LOVE mainstream... I have sewn & produced independent fashion shows for my line since 2006.

The most notorious show to date, the Les Arts Fashion Experience, was Nov 21, 2009. Some images from the show are in my gallery, additional info on my line is available by request :)

The name of my line is YERA, which is named after one of my dearest friends who passed suddenly at the age of 22, Yerusalem Gebregiorgis (her nickname was Yera). The name not only is to pay respect in her honor, but it also in an acronym for what my clothes represent: Y (youthful), E (elegant), R (retro), and A (art). I would describe my style comparable to the likes of Betsey Johnson or Alexander McQueen.

I live for bright colors, fun patterns, sequins, lace, full skirts, mini dresses, mod styles, and sexy and romantic themed clothing. I specialize in ready to wear pieces with a touch of avant garde flair. I make custom pieces and offer free consultations for each client in order to discuss differen patterns, colors, and of course price ranges.

My line, YERABrand, is also available for purchase ay My Secret Vintage Boutique located at 217 Mitchell Street in downtown Atlanta.
