I studied photography in college and worked for a number of years as a professional photographer shooting editorial, sports, theater, news, and commercial photography. After putting the camera down for a few years, I've decided to pick it up again and follow my passion for a more artistic photographic style. I prefer shooting outdoors and on location using natural (or real) backdrops and natural lighting when possible. As an old school photographer, I prefer to control the image from the lens and body rather than in Photoshop. I do enjoy working with the photos in post-production, but the better the original image, the better the final product. I'm currently shooting landscapes, events, and nature scenes but am eager to start working with models to redevelop some of those rusty skill sets. That said, I know my way around the camera and am a fun, easy-going photographer to work with. I'm originally from Atlanta and am now living in New Orleans which provides the perfect natural setting for great, creative shoots. I just need a few enthusiastic, creative, photogenic subjects to help create those perfect images.
