My name is Melissa and I am a "new" photographer! I LOVE photography & enjoy capturing my subjects emotions, whether it is happy, excited, sad, surprised - I love it all. I love for my subjects to be natural instead of always posed. I take pictures of all different things from children to animals to nature. I've been into photography for about 10 years or so now & it just gets better with time. I want to better myself & my work by gaining experience and meeting new people and using any new ideas that they may have. I hope to one day let my work show so people can be amazed at my work and want to come back for more.

Due to a head on collision on Oct. 30, 2009, I am unable to go out & do photo shoots right now unfortunately! =( Due to this car accident, I have completely shattered my right ankle & since Oct 30th I have been in & out of the hospital to have my ankle reconstructed! It sucks only having 1 foot to get around on & having to depend on my husband for EVERYTHING, but HOPEFULLY it won't be much longer for it to heal completely & for me to be up & walking around on it - hopefully by this SPRING! =)
