I am a dedicated Figure Competitor.. I have traveled the country competing on a National Level! I am lean in the off season (14-16%body fat) but get very lean for shows (6-7% body fat) I train hard and eat right to maintain my ideal body. The overall goal is to be a Fitness Model.
