Most people call me Charlie. I'm a photographer based out of San Francisco and New York City. I was born with a scar on my face and probably as a result, I'm drawn to the imperfections that make us all beautiful. I resisted photographing people for many years, despite making a minor name for myself with a series of self-portraits, but now I'm taking a lot less of those self-portraits and a lot more photos of other people. Mostly adult men, so far, but I'm hoping to also expand my range.
