My name is Brian Donovan, as I'm quite sure is elsewhere on my page. I am a fine artist/graphic designer/tattoo artist and at times, builder of odd curiosities. I have an affinity for painting the female figure, clothed usually, but am open to anything. I have a pretty general look and the only thing i always seek out are skinny models. I like bone structure a lot. Collar Bones, Cheek bones, Hip bones Ribs...etc.

I take a lot of pride in what i do and I'm very serious about art, even though i have a very modest disposition- I have been painting my entire life, have a degree in Graphic Design (which i consider a waste) and if i could produce art for a living, even a meager one, I'd be completely content for the rest of my life.


Some ideas or themes that i am interested are as follows: Scissors, Silhouettes, Pop Art type paintings, Specific yet random body part/figure study, Whimsical "airy" child-like paintings, Quick sketches, VERY LARGE scale paintings, and anything else that could possibly fall under the vast realm of what is commonly referred to as creative.


I dont make a ton of money and i own my own house, so i really am not looking to pay someone. Im more looking for a model to collaborate with and see what comes out of it. I am very much a fan of Audrey Kawasaki, Stella Im Hultberg, Lori Earley , Camilla Rose Garcia and many more contemporary lowbrow artists. I use a lot of models i just find off the internet, for references, which WORKS, but thats not what i really want. I want a more interactive experience, a live model. So if you're wondering, that is my stand and thats the reasoning I'm on this site.


Lastly, I would like to point out that i am VERY easy to talk to, probably a little too easy at times. But if you want to work together do NOT hesitate to say hi. Actually if you want to talk about the shitty Michigan weather or the fact that there isnt as many stars in the sky nowadays, go ahead...It will probably surprise you what little sustenance i need to carry on a conversation with someone.
