My name is Christian and I’m a father, a photographer and a middle aged skateboarding crazy man with entirely too much energy.

I spent my high school and college years working in professional photography labs, recording studios and traveling with various musical bands in Southern California. In 1998, after becoming a husband and father of three I decided to put my camera and keyboard away and get a “real” job which would allow me to provide a better living for my family. I subsequently moved to Washington State and spent 7 years working in software quality assurance. In 2005 a good buddy of mine reintroduced me to the world of photography and an emerging company called iStockphoto. This proved to be the spark which reignited my love for the art in a way that would drastically change my life.

I feel so fortunate to have three wonderful children and an incredibly supportive and loving lady by my side. I would be lost without them.I’m passionate about life. I love making new friends. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with people on fun and ambitious photo projects. Let’s create together!
