My name is D. Andrew. I am an independent photographer and edit artist with varying styles and expertise. I shoot pretty much any subject, however, my current focus is artistic modeling. I believe in displaying the human form as what it is: an artistic work of nature. I shoot all of my models how I see them on a personal level. I never put anyone in a situation in which they would be uncomfortable, so familiar surroundings are always a plus.

For me a photo shoot is not just a one time thing. I like to set up an initial session with a model in order to see how they work with the camera, what their limits and inhibitions may be, and to get to know them a little bit before an actual shoot at no extra cost. I believe this process helps to make the final session a little more fluid than just running into it cold.

My expertise in Photoshop consists of 15 years of working with the program with varying styles of photography, from architecture, landscape, event, portraiture, and collage.

I have a pretty "hard" style, which consists of high contrast B & W and crisp, saturated colors. I can be flexible though, depending on the subject and what suits the model.
