Saturday May 22nd 2010 in the Ybor district of Tampa FL.
"Change of PORTfolio Meet & Greet"
Time: 3pm to 10:30pm.
Location: Ybor City Tampa (actual venue address & details will be sent once deposit is received)
Photographer Fee: $80 with a $40 deposit (gets you as many shoots w/as many different models as you can in the time provided)
Model fee: $60 with a $30 deposit (gets you as many shoots w/as many different photographers as you can & get your pictures the same night)
Purpose: For photographer and models to work on their portfolios & have more contacts in central Florida.
Theme: Warehouse/Art gallery/Red brick walls/ Small street allies
Event Breakdown:
3:00-4:00pm Photographers/Models meet & greet:
Photographers & models get to know each other to swap ideas, book (30 mins) for 1on1
4:15-5:00pm Group Shoot:
This is when all models team up and photographers just shoot in an open session.
5:10-5:40pm 1on1 sessions
5:50-6:20pm 1on1 sessions
6:30-7:10pm 1on1 sessions
7:20-7:50pm 1on1 sessions
8:00-8:30pm 1on1 sessions
8:40-9:10pm 1on1 sessions
9:20-10:00pm 1on1 sessions
1)Deposit is non-refundable unless event is canceled.
2)Balance to be paid day of event.
3)Email your name, link to your site & contact number to [email protected] for payment arrangement & venue details.
4)Please get your model releases signed before the 1on1 starts at 5:10pm.
5)After each 30 minute session there will be a 10 minute set up time (lights and/or props).
6)Photographers & models are welcome to use the entire building for shooting & great spots right outside the building.
7)Drinks & snack will be provided
8)DJ will be providing music through out event
9)Photographer, models MUST receive their photos before event is over, NO EXCEPTIONS.
10)Photographers if you must have an assistant please limit it to 1.
11)Models we would like no escorts, But, if you absolutely need one we ask no boyfriends/girlfriends, husbands or wives.(This is a professional shoot and we want a comfortable atmosphere for everyone)
12)Photographer & models should bring blank CD's or DVD s for photo transferring.
We encourage photographers to bring props & small lighting for this shoot. We will have some prearranged setups but not too many. There will be several laptops set up so you can down load pictures to CD's
for models. We will also post pictures of the venue so you can see what
you will be working with. We will also post links of models and
photographers that have paid their deposit, so it will give everyone a
heads up for ideas, concepts & props.
Models, this is for your portfolio so come with your own style, concept and flavor. Punk, Urban, Gothic, Tattoos, 80, Business, Sporty, Swimsuit etc. Bring several types if you like. The more variety we have
