About Me

I’m in my 4th year in industry working as a freelance Make-Up Artist. I specialise in Bridal make-up in and around Manchester & the North West. I also work part time for a trend based leading cosmetics company. I have experience in photo shoots both studio and location. I have done make-up & hair including wig work for theatre productions & events (festivals & fashion shows) including SFX make-up. Some of the images have been published in magazines & used for advertising literature. I have also had experience of working as a personal make-up artist for a celebrity client for ITVs Loose Women & on set for scenes on Coronation Street. I’m looking to update my portfolio having taken a break in fashion work. I’m very keen on collaborating with quality photographers, models and other creatives to produce a collection of diverse images suitable for agency representation.

Hi Jody I noticed that you are a make up artist and from the Manchester area. There is a networking event that i think would be very beneficial for you for the field that your in. There will be a few modeling agents scouting and acting agents scouting. Its a networking event for people in the field of Media, so models, photographers, dancers, actors, make up artists, director, cameramen, designers, stylists etc will be there. It will be a great way to get more work, exposure and knowledge of you field. I thought that i would let you know since you and the event is in Manchester.
