BIO:
Hi MM, I'm kinda new here. My name's Chris I bounce around from Bright, IN to Cincinnati, OH. I'm 26 and eager to get the ball rolling on a photo career. I've been working mostly freelance lately. I've shot a few weddings in 2009 and some here and there Family portraits. I've also done some photo assisting which is a great learning experience but I've found that some photogs are harder to work with than others. At the moment I'm only looking to expand my portfolio(cliche, I know but it's true). So I can only offer TFP; however, that being said, this is a good thing for models and MUA's wishing to expand their portfolio as well because I'm not charging for my time at the moment either(which is valuable to me too). I'm not on this site to look for hook-ups, or just to take pics of naked women(in fact, most of my portfolio consists of mostly clothed subjects). I hope to use this site to expand my portfolio and further a career in this business.
I find studio backdrops and high-key lighting boring in most cases(there are exception to every rule though). I love location, edgy/attitude, strobed, painted light photographs. Kind of a mix between lifestyle meets fashion.
I love companies such as Oakley, REEF, Quicksilver, Volcom, etc...(So If you see their, ads that's the style I'm interested). If your into skateboarding, BMX, Wakebording, MotoX, Surfing, etc.. or even just into that lifestyle contact me via e-mail or leave a mesage on my profile and we can go from there.
I don't want to paint myself into a corner though, the style above is just my preference. If you have an idea or certain style yourself let me know also and we can work to capture that too!! Working out of my comfort zone will help grow as an artist. THANKS VERY MUCH and Hope to work with you
