As a child, I partook in small, local modeling projects for department stores. As a teenager, I auditioned for Barbizon Modeling in Austin, Texas and was accepted. For personal reasons, I never took modeling to the next level and pursued other artistic and athletic interests; instead: theater arts, dance, music, writing, swimming, and volleyball. But I joined Model Mayhem to connect with other artists to continue exploring modeling.

First and foremost, when it comes to the arts, I'm a writer: internationally published, award-winning writer. Writing is my strongest artistic suit and I have approximately 12 national awards and 100+ publications. I also dance on the side, too; aspiring to be a professional belly dancer and flamenco dancer. (I think my finger cymbals are delightful!) Modeling is something I do on the side for art-related and self-preservation purposes. Sometimes when a girl looks in the mirror, she may feel old or unappealing. Modeling can serve as a healthy way to preserve one's self through artistic expression. We won't be young forever and modeling is a healthy way to immortalize one's ourselves.

A little more about myself: My body is very athletic yet feminine. I am petite but not short. I am lean and nimble; however, I still have womanly, sensuous curves. I do not fake tan whatsoever, so my skin is very light with an olive undertone unless it is summertime. Born and raised in Texas, I have a strong ethnic background: I'm a Latina that is half Lebanese.

Generally, I like to model alone, but I will model in groups, too. I do not and will not pose nude for photographs, ever. Having said that, I am by no means modest or shy as I am a passionate, sensual person. And I might consider posing nude for a painter or illustrator. Even so, I am extremely selective about with whom and the content and would want references. Furthermore, I am fully capable of doing my own make-up and hair. My years as a thespian taught me some beauty/cosmetic/wardrobe tricks whilst in the dressing rooms and within all the costume changes of each play. I can either bring my own couture or wear that of a costume designer. Of course, I prefer having a MUA and hair-stylist on scene as they're far more talented than I as it's not my sole means of employment.

Please message me first if you would like to discuss a shoot and we will take it from there. I sometimes travel to Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and other surrounding cities in Texas. On rare occasions, I will go as far as New Orleans. And I tend to visit NYC at least twice a year. I will post any outside ventures' updates if out-of-town artists desire to book me, et vise versa.

For me, modeling is simply another form of artistic expression—a way for me to display my innate femininity and my under-lying masculinity. The artist and I are working together towards a vision, capturing moments in time with a camera.
