I've been involved in bodybuilding, athletics, personal training, modeling and fitness modeling, dancing and acting all of my adult life. I maintain a fit body year round and have participated in bodybuilding competitions and fitness modeling competitions as well in Texas and around the United States.

I have a personal training business that is very successful and I work closely with my clients to give them the full benefit of my expertise about physiology, anatomy, weightlifting, exercise, nutrition, dieting and cardio.

I've done many photo shoots, have acting training and credits and am totally comfortable on stage and in front of a camera.
