I have always been a creative person, however, my interest in makeup artistry began simply with a college class, Introduction to Stage Makeup. It was this class that sparked my fascination into the world of makeup design. After living in Paris and London, two of the biggest fashion capitals of the world; I became more intensely submerged into the fashion worlds of both cities. It was in these cities I found my “métier” to use my creativity to follow and create in an endless spectrum of possibility, one which I plan to embrace and explore.

My natural creative inclination came alive when I was introduced to makeup. My skills have since developed from simply wanting to perfect a face to creating something completely original.

I work with photographers, talent agencies and modeling agencies in New York since I graduated, building my portfolio. An online magazine, www.fantasticsmag.com, recently published one of my most recent stories. My desire to work has led to an ongoing internship with Tim Howard Management, where I gained more knowledge about the agencies within the fashion industry.

I assisted artists such as Lisa Butler, Maxine Leonard, Christian McCulloch, Lloyd Simmons, Katie Mellinger and Kristen Arnett, working on everything from Teen Vogue Cover shoots, and Victoria’s Secret catalogue shoots to Celebrity Fitness Guru Joel Harper’s Video Shoot.
