WHEN CONTACTING PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
*Date of shoot/project.
*Location,Time, and duration-Location ( If it requires traveling(in and out of state), please let me know four weeks in advance, So I can make the proper arrangements. I also have someone who travels with me on every job.)
*A full description of the assignment.
*If MUA, hairstylist(s),and/or wardrobe will be provided. If not provided, I can do my own make up, hair and provide my own wardrobe as long as you let me know the look you want to go for. There will be a charge of $20 an hour if I have to do this myself with my products. If you don't use me as a model and you happen to need a make up or hair stylist, I can get the job done. I charge $50 an hour.
*What the assignment will be used for.
*Compensation, TFP/CD
I am willing to travel, as long as all expenses are fully paid (including mileage). I would also like to receive a copy of the release form prior to the Photo Shoot/Project, to make sure that everything stated is agreeable for all the parties involved.
