From headshots to video production; photographic art projects to commercial work; Key 13 Studio in Frederick, MD can provide high quality services for a reasonable budget. We also provide green screen and technical support to independent film projects.

When I started taking pictures of cosplayers, I never thought that I would ever own my own studio. It seemed like a dream that while not impossible, seemed unlikely. But now, 15 years later, thousands of photographs, and years of study, we have arrived at Key 13 Studio.

I am happiest when I am taking photographs or shooting video. My goal is to make your time shooting with me enjoyable, to share in my love of creating beautiful images. I use light, shadow, color, and styling to create an image that not only tells a story, but reflects who you are. Every shoot will be built around the image you want to share. Professional or amateur, something to share with the public or privately, every picture you and I take will be something you will be proud to show.

What sets me apart is two things: providing something different for your portfolio, and helping you realize your own vision. You have an idea, but not sure how to execute it? I can help. Tired of doing the same thing, I will give you something different.

I operate out of my home based studio in Fredrick, MD (just off Highway 270) and I do travel in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia (DMV) area, as well as Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Delaware. All of my equipment is portable, so I can set up in most locations.

I have a large collection of costumes, props, and set pieces that can help create the vision you want.
