About Me

I grew up in Hawaii on the island of oahu. Moved to San Francisco 3 years ago to make a change in my life. I'm a yoga instructor and massage therapist, I help teach others how to heal themselves threw the power of "Aloha". We all know how to heal ourselves, we just forgot how. I help remind people that by going within. Threw my life experiences i've found that with Aloha and yogi techniques any thing is possible. I would like to work with others who care about the world and saving this planet. My goals are to wake people up with any medium that inspires others to act as a whole.
