My portraiture is based around honest candid natural-light images. I primarily shoot outdoors because of the infinitely varying backgrounds and depth of field. And of course, being outside in the fresh air is inspiring and liberating! My background is as a musician and editorial photographer. After earning a bachelor's degree in music in Virginia I moved to New York and now devote my time to creating and connecting with people. Music and photography help me achieve both. My aim in joining Model Mayhem is to connect with other photographers in the business and models who like the images I create.
