Vincent Garnier is a sports photographer who gained a reputation in
his native France as a someone who understood how to capture the
"crucial moment", that vital moment when a match is lost or won.

Concentrating on portraits or action photography of people engaged in
contact sports, he has been commissioned and published all around the
World. His series of Turkish wrestlers have had several exhibitions
across Europe and the States, and his insight into revealing the raw
under-belly of the ancient Calcio Storico in Florence, has earned him
the right to be one of only two photographers allowed "ring-side"
during the tournament.

He is now concentrating on cage fighters and boxers, and has recently
been featured in the national British press, including every news
hound's scoop of the front page of the News of the World.

He is happy to accept commissions for portraits or to be invited to
major sporting events on a speculative basis.
