My name is Aisha Cowart and I have spent the last 12 years creating and building a strong fitness base for my clients and quickly built a successful reputation as one of New York City's most sought after fitness experts. I have certifications from 12 different personal training certifying agencies including, NASM, ACE, NETA, AFAA. My main objective is to make you healthy to get back your full range of motion with full rehabilitative and stretching assistance. I also have a strong background in Pre/Post Natal Fitness, Spinning and cycling, running, aquatics training, Pilates and have spent many years teaching a variety of aerobics styles such as: bootcamp, kickboxing, Urban Rebounding. I have passionately committed myself to building leaner, stronger, healthier bodies and I can do the same for you. My diverse list of clients includes fashion models, actors, athletes, corporate executives and everyday people. As an accomplished athlete and life long time fitness enthusiast, I encourage and motivate my clients through boundless energy and a dynamic approach to fitness. Implementing a no nonsense approach to training, my fitness and nutritional programs are designed to deliver each client visible, long term results by helping them build bodies that are not only stronger and leaner but more balanced and functional.
