Long time news and landscape photographer looking to get back into portrait photography after a very long break. Looking for models who are willing to work with a photographer who's kicking off the rust and trying to learn some new tricks.

Most of my portait experience has been b&w, but I've been making the transition to color over the last six years, now that digital has made it affordable.

I've had significant experience shooting dance (all that news/sports experience paying off), and I feel that those two things have me very attuned to "catching the moment."

I've done a smattering of headshot photography, and a lot of publicity stills for theater, so if there's a specific tone or look that you're going for, I can work with you to get it.

Overall, I beleive that a shoot should be a fun experience for both the model and the photographer, and my goal is to capture images that we'll not only be happy with, but also that will remind us of the experience we had on the shoot.
