About Me

I am very actively involved in performing and the arts. I currently have several singles and an EP of my own music available on i Tunes and you can check my website out at www.shannonbeamsings.com for more details. I am also a local titleholder in the Miss America Organization and was recently named as the Preliminary Swimsuit and Preliminary Talent winner at the 2010 Miss Virginia America Pageant where I placed as the eventual 1st Runner-Up. I have also won the 2009 National Sweetheart Pageant, competing against 39 other first-runner-ups across the country, winning the Preliminary Swimsuit and Evening Gown Award there as well. Community Service, Public Speaking, Singing, Modeling, and Physical Fitness are things that mean a lot to me. I am also greatly interested in pursuing an acting career as well.
