Rates are Follows:

$5.00 for basic retouch, color adjust, contrast adjust, etc.
$10.00 for everything above plus basic skin and wardrobe touch up and removal of small items.
$25.00 for full on beauty retouching with lots of changes in skin, makeup, hair, etc.
$35.00 for a full image makeover including everything above PLUS background changes!

I get images back within 24 hours of time they are sent to me.

Basically how I work is like this:

1. you send me RAW or hi res JPG thru send space and HALF of my fee thru paypal.com
2. with the email from sendspace you send me what kind of retouch you would like and any specific details you would like done
3. I will edit the image and send you a watermarked 900 x 600 example image.
4. Upon approval of proof I will then request the REMAINDER of payment thru paypal in which I am a 11 year premier business member
5. Once the invoice is paid IN FULL I will then send the hi res thru sendspace.com back to you.

I can also send you references if you would like.

And I don't use the images in before or after unless they are my own photography or I get expressed permission from the photographer.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between You, The Client, with contact information accurately defined in this online form and Laura Dark, owner of Laura Dark Retouching.
WHEREAS, The Client desires to have one or more photographs and/or images restored and/or retouched.

WHEREAS, Laura Dark Retouching has the expertise and the resources to restore and/or retouch aforementioned photographs and/or images.

WHEREAS, The Client desires to acquire the services of Laura Dark Retouching in restoring/retouching aforementioned photographs and/or images.

TERMS OF SERVICE

I. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT

a. Provide digital photographs and/or images to be retouched/restored at a resolution of AT LEAST 300 DPI.

b. Upload the Photographs and/or Images via sendspace.com.

c. Provide an open line of communication for constructive comments and criticism to allow Laura Dark Retouching to deliver at the best of its ability.

d. Ensure that The Client has permission to have the photographs and/or images retouched/restored. The Client is responsible for obtaining all copyright releases prior to submitting the images to Laura Dark Retouching. Laura Dark Retouching, does not assume liability for legal actions as a result of copyright infringement should the Client fail to follow this legal requirement and will seek indemnification for any expenses incurred as a result.

e. Ensure that the photographs/images uploaded are not of malicious, pornographic, or illegal content.

f. Provide financial resources to compensate Laura Dark Retouching for the services provided through Laura Dark in the amount Laura Dark Retouching requests for the service.

II.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF Laura Dark and Laura Dark Retouching.

a. Laura Dark Retouching commits to restoring/retouching the photographs and/or images to the best of its ability.

b. Laura Dark Retouching reserves the right to turn down photographs and/or images that it believes to be of malicious, pornographic, or illegal in nature. In such event, Laura Dark Retouching will refund the amount paid by the client IN FULL.

c. Laura Dark Retouching reserves the right to turn down photographs and/or images that it believes can not be restored/retouched to a level of quality usable by the client. In such event, Laura Dark will refund the amount paid by the client IN FULL.

d. Laura Dark Retouching will make the file available for download for a period of thirty (30) days from the completion of the project.

III. DISCLAIMER

The photograph(s) covered in this agreement are presented AS IS. Laura Dark Retouching is not responsible for final end-user utilization of these images and any damages the Licensee might incur in its use.

IV.GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. For all disputes and litigation arising under or relating to this Agreement, each party hereby agrees to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of the State of Ohio, USA.
