About Me

I am based on Vashon Island in the Puget Sound, close to both Seattle and Tacoma.  I primarily shoot medium format film, along with some 35mm. Polaroid, and digital reference images.  I scan the negatives/slides, and finish posting digitally.  I shoot with Fresnel hot lights and natural light, and avoid using strobe or flash illumination. In photography, my taste runs more to classic imagery than whatever is the style de jour. My emphasis is on art and not commerce.
