June was born to a family of jade sculptors in Guangzhou, China. Alongside her parents’ worktable, June has sketched and painted human figures since childhood. Chinese fairies, Buddha, or legendary characters, she loved it all. At the tender age of nine, she received her first national golden award on her painting: “The Little Girls Picking Mushrooms”.

Later, she continued her education in Chinese paintings. Focusing on portrait work gave June a deep understanding of the human bone structure and facial features. In 1990s, the popularity of the photography industry skyrocketed in China. She became fascinated with the stylists’ job; makeup, hair and wardrobe. She first saw a bridal show in a prosperous area of Guangzhou and still recalls the beauty of the models. This bridal show planted a seed in June’s heart. She had no idea that ten years later, she would become a makeup, hair and wardrobe stylist.

An artist at heart, June strives to perform to the best of her ability. Every person is a completely new canvas to her and she aspires to paint the most beautiful picture on every single one of them!
