Growing up as a tom boy in Mississauga Canada and competing in various sports since a young age has fueled my passion for health and fitness. Using my knowledge of sports and fitness I have applied been able to help better train my personal training clients and physical therapy patients. Only until 2010 have I began to compete in Figure and Bikini Competitions.
